Managing stress
Introduction
Studying can sometimes be stressful. You could feel stressed about exams, essay deadlines, problems with understanding your course, relationships with other students, living in another country, etc.
A little stress is normal, but a lot of stress can make studying difficult and may result in mental health problems.
